Why We Only Do Plain White Linen (And Why That Is Better For You)

We supply plain white linen. That is the whole range. No colours, no patterns, no bespoke ranges.
It sounds like a limitation. It is the reason we are cheaper and faster than the alternative, and it is worth explaining why, because the logic is not obvious until someone spells it out.
A supplier carrying multiple colours and ranges is carrying multiple stock pools. Every one of those pools has to be held, sorted, tracked, washed separately, and matched back to the right account. That complexity costs money — in stock sitting idle, in sorting time, in errors — and every penny of it is in your price whether you use the colours or not.
Strip the range back to one and the whole process gets simpler. One washing standard. One stock pool. Nothing to sort by colour, nothing to match, nothing to go out to the wrong customer. Fewer moving parts, fewer things to go wrong, and a lower cost that ends up in your rate rather than in our overheads.
You also get the thing colour ranges quietly cost you: consistency. Anyone who has run a coloured range knows the problem — pieces fade at different speeds, replacement stock never quite matches the original batch, and you end up with a bed made from two slightly different shades of the same colour. White does not have this failure mode. A white sheet washed two hundred times and a white sheet fresh from the supplier are the same sheet. Stock is interchangeable, forever.
And white is what the market actually wants. Hotels use it. Care homes use it. Short-let guests expect it, because white reads as clean in a way no other colour does — there is nowhere for a stain to hide, and guests know it. It is the safe choice precisely because it is the visible one.
So when we say we only do white, what we mean is that we have taken every part of this business that could have been spread across ten ranges and pointed it at one. We do one thing, and we do it brilliantly.
